Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is an excellent way to determine what it is that has been holding you back from your defined sense of happiness. Come meet one of our counsellors to see how we may help. Children's/Adolescents Counselling

Mental health is important at any age, and we know that our kids may struggle as well. We want to empower your children to express their emotions and needs, and gain the coping skills to manage current and future life challenges.

Our therapists use a variety of methods to connect with your child or adolescent and teach them effective coping strategies. Through psycho-education, play therapy, and other evidence based approaches for working with children/adolescents, your child will learn a variety of skills that may help them throughout their lives.

Family Counselling

Family relationships are usually the first kind of relationship we experience. This relationship can be extremely special and, sometimes extremely complicated and frustrating. Our therapists are there to help your family navigate the struggles that may come with miscommunication, personality differences, and unmet expectations that may be impacting your family connection.

Indigenous Services

At Aspire Counselling and Psychology, we acknowledge the unique needs and history of the Indigenous community and strive to provide culture-based interventions and counselling. We have specific therapists who are approved and registered with Indigenous Services, and are trained to provide effective counselling for this population.

Funding may be available for Indigenous clients through Express Scripts (FNIHB) or the Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program (IRS RHSP), and Jordan’s Principle for minors.

We believe that couples therapy is a benefit for all couples, whether you are prospering or struggling. We understand that couples counselling may be intimidating, but know that we will guide you through each step of the process.
